  1. Scope

    This Cancellation Policy governs:

    • listing cancellations
    • paid listing services
    • transaction cancellations between users

    It applies to users located in Canada (including Quebec) and the United States, subject to mandatory applicable laws.

    COFFORMS operates solely as a technology marketplace intermediary and is not a contracting party to user transactions.

  2. Listing Cancellation

    Before Publication

    Listings may be cancelled free of charge before official publication.

    After Publication

    • Listings may be removed at any time by the advertiser.
    • Listing fees are non-refundable.
    • Promotional and premium placement fees are non-refundable.
    • No prorated refunds shall be granted.

  3. Transaction Cancellation Between Users

    COFFORMS does not participate in negotiation, inspection, payment, delivery, or contract execution.

    All transaction cancellations must be resolved directly between the parties.

    COFFORMS shall not be liable for:

    • penalties
    • lost profits
    • delays
    • indirect damages

    Users are encouraged to execute written contracts defining cancellation and risk allocation terms.

  4. Platform Enforcement Rights

    COFFORMS reserves the right to suspend or remove listings or accounts without notice in case of:

    • Terms violation
    • Misrepresentation
    • Fraudulent conduct
    • Legal non-compliance
    • Non-payment

    No refund shall be issued in such cases.

  5. Limitation of Liability

    To the fullest extent permitted by law, COFFORMS’ liability shall be limited to the total fees paid in the preceding 12 months.

    COFFORMS shall not be liable for indirect, consequential, special, or punitive damages.
