    COFFORMS is a digital marketplace designed for construction industry professionals to buy, sell, rent or exchange formwork and shoring systems. The platform acts solely as a technological intermediary connecting users. COFFORMS is not a party to transactions between users.

  2. Acceptance of Terms
    By using the platform, users agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions. COFFORMS reserves the right to update these terms at any time.

  3. User Accounts
    Users must create an account to access certain services and must provide accurate information. Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials.

  4. Listing
    Users may publish listings for equipment sales, rentals, or exchanges. Listings must contain accurate descriptions of the equipment and commercial terms. Fraudulent or misleading information is prohibited.

  5. User Transactions
    All transactions occur directly between users. COFFORMS does not guarantee equipment quality and does not participate in negotiations, payments or logistics.

  6. Fees and Paid Services
    Certain services may involve fees including premium listings and seller subscriptions. Fees are indicated before payment and are generally non-refundable.

  7. Listing Cancellation
    Users may remove listings at any time. Listing and promotional fees remain non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

  8. User Responsibilities
    Users are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of information and legal compliance. COFFORMS is not responsible for disputes between users.

  9. Limitation of Liability
    To the maximum extent permitted by law, COFFORMS shall not be liable for indirect damages, loss of profits or business losses. Liability is limited to fees paid within the last 12 months.

  10. Intellectual Property
    All content on the platform including trademarks, logos and text are protected by intellectual property laws.

  11. Platform Circumvention
    Users agree not to bypass the platform to complete a transaction with a user identified through COFFORMS in order to avoid platform fees or conditions. Violations may result in account suspension and contractual penalties.

  12. Equipment Inspection
    Buyers or renters are responsible for conducting all necessary inspections before completing a transaction. COFFORMS does not guarantee the condition or performance of listed equipment.

  13. Product Liability and Site Safety
    Sellers and lessors remain fully responsible for the compliance, certification and safe condition of the equipment provided. Users must ensure compliance with construction site safety regulations.

  14. Transportation and Logistics
    All transportation, delivery and handling arrangements must be agreed upon directly between the parties. COFFORMS assumes no responsibility for logistics or damages occurring during transport.

  15. Taxes Canada and United States
    Users are responsible for calculating and remitting applicable taxes including GST/HST in Canada, provincial taxes where applicable and U.S. sales taxes. COFFORMS does not guarantee the accuracy of tax calculations performed by users.

  16. Data Protection
    User data is processed in accordance with applicable laws including Canadian privacy regulations and relevant U.S. regulations.

  17. Force Majeure
    COFFORMS shall not be responsible for service interruptions caused by events beyond its reasonable control.

  18. Governing Law
    These Terms shall be governed by applicable laws in Canada or the United States depending on jurisdiction.
