Legal Assistant
Since 1999, Amélie’s practice is focused on labour and employment law. A Quebec City lawyer, she also works in workplace health and safety. She is called upon to act for private companies as well as public and parapublic institutions for advice, negotiations and representation.
Partner, Amélie represents clients in grievance arbitration, labour standards litigation and work-related injuries. She also advises the largest companies in Quebec on employment issues, including collective agreements and employment contracts.
Wanting to share her knowledge with future generation lawyers, Amélie also taught the CSST and Labour Law course at the Quebec Bar School.
Amélie is a lawyer who is available and attentive to her clients completing her mandates with rigor and always trying to innovate her practice.

Professional activities
I am passionate about the human side that labour law brings and the closeness that I have with the concepts of human resources. I am lucky to have the chance to get to know the DNA of companies. I can then develop ties with both employers and unions with respect to facilitating harmonious exchanges and working relationships.

Social Involvement
I am involved with the Cervo Foundation for which I am a member of its Board of Directors. I decided to get involved because I believe mental health is an issue which affects everyone from near and far as 1 in 5 people will have a mental health problem during their lifetime. I also think it is important to demystify taboos around this issue and encourage people to talk about it.
