A Montreal lawyer and as a member of our construction law team, Martine has nearly 20 years of intense practice in civil and commercial litigation, both in French and in English, at various law firms, she has evolved into the business world as a business leader.
Socially, Martine has been involved with the Montreal Women’s Street. She was a member of its board from 2005 to 2009 and its President from 2007 to 2009.
Her inquisitive nature, thoroughness and rigour are her best qualities in the management of her files which become major assets when it comes time to negotiate and resolve the conflicts of her clients.

Professional activities
As part of my numerous mandates, I piloted, among other things, an injunctive civil case particularly complex legally (including several criminal aspects) whose financial and emotional stakes were huge for the party I represented. Thanks to my knowledge of the judicial service and the rules applicable to it and to my rigorous preparation of the file, I obtained a favourable judgment which was executed in full.

Social Involvement
I have been and still am involved with the Montreal Women’s Street, a non-profit organization that helps homeless women in Montreal.
As a woman, I am naturally challenged by this organization that accompanies these wounded and life-traumatized women in their journey to get out of their lives and resume a normal life.
