Notary in Saint-Hyacinthe having always worked in private practice, Eric has extensive experience in real estate development, financing and co-ownership. His motto: "Since we have two ears and only one mouth, I listen before speaking". Professional rigor and practical common sense are personality traits which he believes best describe him. Professional activities
I have advised developers in several different real estate development projects, including numerous divided co-ownership projects.
I have also participated in various projects involving the implementation of emphyteutic rights with municipalities and educational institutions (Sports Center, Congress Center, Multifunctional Center).
I particularly enjoy assisting my clients from the beginning of their projects. I have therefore developed an expertise in drafting and negotiating offers to purchase.
-
Conferences
I have acted on several occasions as a speaker on financing and real estate transaction matters.
-
Social Involvement
Concerned about giving back to my community, I have sat on various committees and boards of directors, the main ones being the Fondation Aline-Letendre where I was a director for five years (Hôtel-Dieu de Saint-Hyacinthe) and La Petite Académie du Boisé (a private elementary school), of which I had the pleasure of chairing the board of directors for five years.
