A lawyer in our Laval office, Rosie-Michèle is part of the legal team at Edilex, our partner.
Throughout her academic and professional career, Rosie-Michèle has had the opportunity to become involved in several associations and to complete three cooperative internships in various settings, including businesses and government agencies. Her experiences have allowed her to develop skills in several areas of law.
As part of her practice, Rosie-Michèle is called upon to render legal opinions on public procurement matters, draft or revise tender documents and analyze the compliance of bids received. She advises numerous public and municipal organizations on the tendering process. Rosie-Michèle also assists companies in applying to the Autorité des marchés publics for authorization to contract.
She is appreciated for her analytical skills, her rigour and her professionalism.
