Émilie is a Montreal lawyer who practices mainly in real estate, financing and social economy law.
Émilie has practiced on her own, with large national firms and for an international equipment financing corporation. She holds a Juris Doctor degree and completed one semester of her law degree at the Universitat de Barcelona and one semester of her bachelor's degree in communication and politics at the Institut d'Études Politiques de Lyon.
Recipient of the 2020 JBM Lawyer of the Year Award in the "Pro Bono / Social Involvement" category at the Young Bar Association of Montreal's "Leaders of Tomorrow" Gala, Émilie is actively involved in her community, whether as co-founder and president of the board of directors of HocheLégal or the Coop couturières pop, both located in the Mercier-Hochelaga-Maisonneuve borough in Montreal.
Finally, Émilie likes to share her knowledge and keep her clients up to date by publishing articles in several media, in particular in the magazine Immobilier Commercial.
She is appreciated for her authenticity, the quality of her work and her social involvement.

Professional activities
I have been involved in several large-scale real estate transactions and financings, including the sale of shopping centers and residential towers, as well as the financing of multi-residential or commercial projects.

Social Involvement
I have the privilege of practicing law and with this privilege comes the responsibility to help those who have not been as fortunate as I have been. Social involvement and pro bono are ways for me to improve society through my skills and knowledge. Over time, I have chosen causes that are close to my heart: green real estate, women in real estate, and the citizens and NPOs of my neighborhood, the Mercier-Hochelaga-Maisonneuve borough.
