Patricia is a lawyer practicing in labour and employment law, with a focus on occupational health and safety.
Prior to joining TCJ, Patricia practiced as a general practitioner in France for more than 10 years before reorienting herself towards law. She began her career in 2009 as an articling student at the CNESST and then worked as a lawyer for 13 years for a company that specializes in the management of occupational health and safety files and in representation mandates for various employers who are members of a prevention mutual group.
She offers employers a service for managing claims for occupational injuries. She represents them before the various levels of the CNESST and before the Tribunal administratif du travail. Patricia favours conciliation in the settlement of cases. She drafts cost sharing and charge transfer requests. She also advises employers to find the best solutions to reduce the impact of occupational injuries on their financial files.
Her background and experience make her a passionate and committed lawyer who listens to her clients.

Over the years, I have been called upon to defend numerous cases involving a wide variety of occupational injuries, not only musculoskeletal injuries, but also occupational lung diseases and psychological injuries.
