Administrative Assistant
A Quebec city lawyer, Geneviève practices mainly in civil litigation. Having a strong interest in real estate, she focuses her practice in that field. Contractual analysis and drafting are also at the heart of her professional activities.
Originally from Sherbrooke, she worked for several years as a paralegal in the City of Sherbrooke's Legal Affairs Department, which allowed her to develop solid skills in contractual and statutory matters of all kinds and in information access.
Admitted to the Bar in 2020, she began her practice with a well-established firm in Abitibi-Témiscamingue. Having practiced in personal and family law, before concentrating on civil litigation. Geneviève developed a skill in representing clients before the courts, particularly before the Superior Court where she was frequently called upon to appear.
Meticulous, determined and rigorous in the preparation of her mandates, she is a lawyer appreciated by her clients and colleagues. Rational, she is careful to give her clients the right information and to ensure adequate representation in all circumstances.

Professional Mandates
Civil litigation sends lawyers in an array of situations, permitting them to have a dynamic and diversified practice. The are never two identical cases and it’s probably one of the things I appreciate most in my practice. My practice in Abitibi-Témiscamingue helped me diversify my mandates and contributed greatly to forging the skills I obtained and the becoming the lawyer I am today.
My practical training in personal and family law has led me to listen to my clients' needs in order to find the best approach in the management of their cases.

Social Implications
The well-being of animals and my love for them, particularly dogs, pushed me to get involved. I spend time at an animal shelter very close to my heart whenever the need arises.
