Legal assistant
A Brossard lawyer, Chloé is the director of the labour and employment law business unit. She has always wanted to litigate as part of her practice. Due in part to having studied theatre, she is confident when addressing the public or a judge. As such, her practice consists of primarily labour and employment law and assists employers in their relations with their employees and in litigation. Chloé is particularly interested in recent developments and the latest trends in employment.
Her practice involves advising clients on employment contracts, disciplinary measures, labour standards, dismissals, settlements and termination negotiations, as well as representing clients before the province's judicial and administrative tribunals.
A dynamic, young professional, Chloé is known for her bold personality. Chloé’s confidence, attention to detail and her desire to go the distance are noteworthy indicators of the professional service she provides clients.

Professional activities
I assist employers when they find themselves in a crisis that threatens the quality of labour relations in their company. In my opinion, it is in stressful situations like this, which often require fast action, that the importance of our advisory role becomes clear.

Social Involvement
I have been involved with the Charles-LeMoyne Hospital Foundation since 2017 by participating in the organization’s various events, including the Défi des générations and the Bal des 1001 nuits. I was appointed to the Board of Directors in 2022 and I am very happy to be involved in the Foundation's innovative and unifying projects. I truly believe that state-of-the-art care and equipment can not only change the lives and quality of life of patients, but also their view of the disease.
