A partner with the firm since 2011, Eric is also director of South Shore office. He practices mainly in business and corporate law, advising his clients on the implementation of various structures, whether through traditional financing, venture capital financing or private debt or equity- or asset-based financing. He also serves as a legal advisor to various venture capital firms.
