Professional activities
The business issues and taxation implications of buying or selling a business are often complex, which is what makes these transactions especially appealing to me. They allow me to provide value-added services to my clients for a transaction that often represents a very important stage in the life cycle of their business.

Social Involvement
I find it important to be involved with the business community in my region. On a professional basis, I have been a part of the regional committee in Estrie in connection with taxation and financial planning for the APFF. And recently, I served on the legal committee for the Canada Summer Games that were held in Sherbrooke.
