Marianne exercises her profession in labour and employment law in our Sherbrooke office.
She advises and accompanies different types of employers in all their legal needs related to matters of labour relations, labour standards and occupational health and safety, including, investigations and cases of harassment, termination of employment, human rights and the contractual drafting surrounding the employment relationship.
As part of her practice, she is called upon to represent employers before administrative and common law tribunals in matters of labour and employment law.
Marianne teaches courses in labour law as well as negotiations in individual and collective relationships, as part of the professional training program at the École du Barreau du Québec. She also lectures on various topics in labour and employment law.
Marianne's professional background includes work experience, during her studies at the Université de Sherbrooke, in law firms in Vancouver and Quebec, as well as in litigations with a multinational in Montreal. In addition, while studying Common Law at Queen's University, she worked as a research assistant in a legal aid firm.
Marianne is bilingual and stands out for her thoroughness, efficiency and ability to target legal issues to identify practical solutions.
