Managing partner of our Sherbrooke office, Yan is a passionate lawyer with a strong interest in the business world, which naturally led him to develop his career in this area of law.
Working mostly in sales and business acquisitions, corporate reorganizations, real estate law and franchise law, Yan advises and assists clients in all aspects of business development.
Yan’s clients include many medical companies as well as medical professionals.
He regularly gives conferences to entrepreneurs in relation to business contracts, restrictive clauses, financing and business transfers. In addition, he is a lecturer at the Faculty of Law of the University of Sherbrooke and has been a lecturer at the Séminaire de Sherbrooke in the context of paralegal training.
Dynamic and concerned about the quality of his services, he anticipates the needs of his clients and demonstrates a good understanding of the files entrusted to him while finding practical solutions for his clients.

Social Involvement
I've been involved in my community for many years and served on the boards of different organizations. I am particularly drawn to social causes that have a direct impact on people's daily lives. For this reason, I am currently president of the board for a suicide prevention center (JEVI) - Center for the Prevention of Suicide, a community organization whose mission is to promote better living and suicide prevention among the seven Eastern Townships’ population that it serves.
